Mr. Paschalis Korosoglou is coordinating the User and Application support activities at the Scientific Computing Center of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Mr. Korosoglou has had several years of experience on parallel programming using the MPI protocol and the OpenMP API. Within the PRACE and PRACE-1IP projects he has contributed to the scaling and benchmarking of several scientific applications on the Jugene, Huygens, Juropa and CEA Bull supercomputing platforms. He has participated in several major national and European FP6 and FP7 ICT projects such as HellasGrid, HellasHPC, EGEE (phases 2 and 3), SEE-GRID-II, SEE-GRID-SCI, EUChinaGrid, EGI-InSPIRE, PRACE and PRACE-1IP.
