Following the success of the previous ICT Innovations conferences, we are proud to announce the third ICT Innovations 2011 conference, which will be held 14-16 September 2011 in Skopje.

The previous ICT Innovations conferences gathered submissions from authors from 20 different countries worldwide. The international programme committee consisted of more than 60 well renowned scientists and researchers from more than 15 countries worldwide. The selected papers, along with the keynote papers, were published in Springer conference proceedings.

The aim of the ICT Innovations conference is to promote the publication of scientific results of the international community related to innovative fundamental and applied research in ICT. The conference will gather academics, professionals and practitioners willing to report valuable experiences in developing solutions and systems in the industrial and business arena especially innovative commercial implementations, novel applications of technology, and experience in applying recent research advances to practical problems, in any ICT areas.

In the framework of the conference several workshops will be organized and they will be announced in the latter conference calls.

The official language of the conference is English.

Conference venue

The conference will be held in Skopje, R. Macedonia at the Macedonian Academy of Sciences and Arts (MANU). The logistic details will be provided on the Conference web-site and in the subsequent calls.

Conference fee

Registration Fee - 60 EUR (includes: attendance to all Conference sessions, Conference CD-ROM, Conference Dinner, and Conference Cocktail).

Early Registration Fee with Proceedings - 200 EUR (includes: attendance to all Conference sessions, Conference CD-ROM, Conference Proceedings, and Conference Dinner). Valid if paid before August 7th 2011.

Registration Fee with Proceedings - 250 EUR (includes: attendance to all Conference sessions, Conference CD-ROM, Conference Proceedings, Conference Dinner, and Conference Cocktail). Valid if paid before September 14th 2011.

On-site Registration Fee with Proceedings - 300 EUR (includes: attendance to all Conference sessions, Conference CD-ROM, Conference Proceedings, Conference Dinner, and Conference Cocktail). Valid if paid after September 14th 2011.

Paper submissions

Submissions are done using EasyChair Conference Management System.

Authors are invited to submit full papers (10 pages, Springer LNCS style).

Selected papers will be published in the Springer Conference proceedings. All other accepted papers and posters would be published on conference CD - ROM.

The review process will be double-blind peer review. Papers must be based on unpublished, mature and original work and must be submitted to "ICT Innovations 11" only.

At least one author of each accepted contribution is required to register (registration with conference proceedings) for the Conference.

The maximum number of accepted papers per first author is two. The second accepted contribution could be registered with half of corresponding fee. This discount is valid only for one additional paper.
