HP-SEE project started in 2010 and contrary to previous South-East European infrastructure projects, which concentrated on improving the regional grid infrastructure, this project is developing and integrating supercomputing centers in the region. The complex infrastructure supports ant glue together various research fields (physics, life sciences etc.), into virtual organizations and provide different level of support for researchers at the region. This presentation describes the main services developed by the Hungarian partners in the life sciences virtual organization that can be used by the researchers both on national and regional scale freely. We give an overview also how local users and developers can use the HP-SEE infrastructure and its scientific applications and services.
